Before applying, it is important to point out that this fair is taking place in a working auction mart. It completely fits the aesthetic we are aiming for, with regards to creating a rustic Christmas market feel. The market is under cover, but there is no heating and a few of the sides will be open. We are unable to guarantee the integrity of the roof, and so if your product is vulnerable to water damage from leaks, or condensation, please consider bringing some sort of shelter in the form of either a gazebo or pop up waterproof shelter (no larger than 2.5m * 2.5m). You will be able to leave your products on site overnight, as there will be security, but again, we would strongly recommend packing away any items vulnerable to water or condensation, and leave a waterproof cover over your stall. Please indicate in the relevant question below whether you would like to bring a gazebo, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Friday 12th December - 12pm to 5pm
Saturday 13th December - 8am to 10am
Sunday 14th December - 8am to 10am
Take down times:
Sunday 14th December 4pm – 6pm

Before 31st August 2025 - Refund minus £35 administration fee
1st September 2025 - 31st October 2025 - 50% refund
After 31st October 2025 - 100% cancellation cost
Fair cancelled by organisers - Refund minus £35 administration fee
